Accusation Update

as many of you know, three months ago, i was accused, of ripping a friends skin.
not the skin itself, but the back highlights.
this was a false accusation to which she chose not to file a dcma (to which i was more then ready for) but, as many of you know, once you have been accused you are pretty much screwed.
it has been, as i said, about three months, i have not heard anything from her other then a threatening message on my blog, in which i chose not to post.
i am sorry but ignorance is not the way to handle things.
the threat of the dcma, came after i refused to send her my work in progress.. aka my PSD files.. this is after advice from my sl family as well as friends, other designers, and the mentors group.
i decided to be ready for this, and copied all my older files and some newer to a flash drive to send to the linden labs had the dcma become effective.
it has not.
now i do not know why this has happen, or rather has not.
i did not miss treat this woman in anyway.
i did not leave hate messages on her blog, i told my friends NOT to harass her.

i said she was mistaken.
yes, i was very upset, especially after her horrid comment on my blog, which btw, is still in the “que” area.
i did not retaliate other then to speak to my close friends, and family in sl.
and my rl lawyer.

i have been banned from the popfuzz region, based on hear say, and not on facts.
i have also been banned from two other regions based SOLELY on an accusation not on facts.
the fact remains.
i have been a upstanding sl citizen, for coming on three years, as morgana hilra.
i have been creating skins, since i joined (almost) in 2006.
i have been a mentor since, approx 2007.
i have been as helpful as i can.
i am NOT perfect.
i am only me.
i have never stolen anything.
i have always supported my fellow skin makers, and all designers.
ashia and i once upon a time were friends, and i would ask her for advice from time to time when i had a seam issue.. that was all.. i also asked my sl sister, dbs.
i have no doubt that when this started, i may have called her a bitch… but, lets face it.
put yourselves in my shoes, and tell me what you would think?
i MADE myself carry on and continue making skins.
i wanted to quit many times.
i forced myself to stay..
even knowing what she has done.
i want her to show me physical evidence of this theft.
and i want these ppl that banned me based on her lies, and false accusation, to rethink what they have done.
i have support each one of them when they have been accused, or ripped.
where is the support now that its ME and not THEM?

i just may take a bit of a break because, this has all gotten the better of me.

was a friend i looked up to.
i didn’t much like her skins but, her seams were nicely done, and i admired that because, its very stressful trying to set the seams up correctly..
and for all that she DID advise me on.. i am truly thankful..
i just refuse to allow her to drag my name thru the dirt.
dramtic, i maybe.. but, a thief?
never.

It’s funny how you say there is no evidence. Well, I have evidence. Anyone wants to see it need only ask. I have pictures of skins Ash and Morgana created, the ones Ash made released BEFORE some of the skin Morgana released and comparing those skins is 100% evidence that Morgana is a thief. Morgana was my friend and I would NEVER drop a friend for no reason. I stayed out of the commenting to avoid drama but i refuse to let someone lie about Ashia that way. If you say there is no evidence, then I say bring it bitch I have plenty.

firstly, sileny.
if she had this evidence, that i am a “thief” why did she not file the dcma?
I have 4gbs, of files, dating back to 2006 – 2009.
ALL the same body.
I have only once in a blue moon, changed minor things.
Secondly, do not call me a bitch.
I have not allowed any of my friend, to talk down about Ashia, I have not let them boycot stores, I have not asked them to do shit.
I will not have you starting this kind of drama.
In this whole thing, I have never once spoken badly about this woman, and there is no way in hell I am going to allow you or anyone else to bad mouth ME.
She has had AMPLE time to file against me.
She, for whatever her reason, chose slander instead.
Maturity, is a gained aspect, when growing up.
Slander is immature.
However, i will NOT allow, anyone, to trash either her or I on my blog.

1, You admitted you called her a bitch.
2. if you didnt want drama you wouldnt continually make posts about drama
3.you are continuing to start trouble by naming names in the above post as opposed to just keeping it anon. Ashia has not gone around talking to people about this over and over…YOU ARE THE ONE WHO KEEPS BRINGING IT UP.
4. I didn’t say I had evidence she gave me that i could show. I have MY OWN evidence from skins I own that i can show.
5. If you truly understood how the DMCA process works you might not file it either. It’s a fucking joke. People who are guilty get off every single day.
6.I never ever said anything bad about you until I did my own research. I am not a stupid sheep who believes everything they are told. I barely knew Ash when this came out and I had known you a year or so. If I was going to choose a side blindly it would have been you. But I did my research and found out the truth. You stole more than the “back shading” You stole whole skins and you know it. It’s why you keep bringing it up.

1 – I called her a bitch, along time ago, AFTER what she called me, luv.. so keep the facts straight.
2 – I posted this because, yet again, this person, has been slandering my name across the grid. I have never said anything bad about her, other then she is WRONG, and she is. I have all my files, and I did not buy them from some common thief.
I will not have her spreading lies.
3 – This issue was just addressed.
I would also like to point out dear, that SHE LEFT HER NAME ON THE COMMENT. Therefore, she opened up for her name to be used.
Anyone, with eyes, can see her name.
4 – People are not taking my side blindly.
For the ppl that asked, I provided the skins, so they could make their own opinions.
I have also sent in photos of MY psd files, for Janey and other skins.
So please, stop insulting me, I know how things work, also, I have asked for advice from ppl that have gone thru this already.
5 – When we filed, action WAS taken.
So please, do not insult us/me, with this.
If she has proof that I stole from her, all she has to do is provide it.
As I have provided my files.
I will not send them to her, or to you, so please, don’t bother trying that with me again.
6 – I believe I covered this, in point #4.
When this all started, I asked ppl to see wtf she was on about, and you know what?
Everyone agreed, the shading was SIMILAR!
However, hers are extremely darker then mine, and a few lines were off from mine.
You can go on and on if you like.
I will not bad mouth you, as you are me.
There is no point to it, I will be filing AR’s very soon though.
Thanks for proving my point though.

I didn’t prove anything. You are lying through your teeth and missing/avoiding every point I make. You keep bringing up shading like that was all you stole. YOU STOLE ENTIRE SKINS. And have fun trying to AR when it is an outside of SL comment. Get YOUR facts straight.

First off…
I have the WHOLE convo with Ashia copied, and ready for anyone that needs it legally.
First, she told me, that I apparently, “”bought”" a stolen skin..
THEN, she went around saying that, “no no morgana I don’t think YOU stole it, I think someone sold it to you”, then, she provided me with BACK IMAGES.
Then, she told us, that I stole her textures and only used the bottoms.
Secondly..
I did not steal ANYTHING from her.
I would not admit to it if I did not do it.
I addressed each of your “”points”".
And, also, harassment, outside of sl, is still track able.
It’s called, harassment, and stalking.
Lol.. and btw, really mature “”email”"
Especially, when you include your blog, and name..
And, I love word press because, I have this interesting feature to ban IP addresses.

Ok people lets get real here. We know that Morgana had her skins ripped off awhie back.The question I have is where did this person accusing Morgana of theft get her pdf files. I have looked at the pctures and they are clearly not the same skins. How do I know thats this person did not buy Morgana ripped skins. She has been making skind long than the accuser has been on sl. Its funny, but I still have nor seen any proof that will hold up under any investigation.. You have a problem with waht Im saying. You can find me in world. Bring t on.. Anyone that believes that those skins ae the same needs to have thier eyes checked. I have no idea where all of you idiotic people come from. Get a life.. You fricken loosers, and leave Morgana alone. You say she has proof.. Then show us something real..

what bothers me, and several others, is the fact the the so called recent comment was copy/pasted, not actually published on the blog. I’m guessing thats because the comment came when this situation first arose, not recently as is claimed. I do not believe for one second anyone has harassed the writer at all, and if she’s getting banned all over the grid, perhaps she should look closer to home, like at her own behaviour.

I also have 5 different note cards from Ashia about how first, i didn’t steal them, then, he saying she was wrong, then her threatening me.
After this. Comments will be disabled since, immaturity, also includes not having your facts straight and saying nasty things.
Doesn’t matter if you are “nice” about it, calling someone a liar with the proof right in front of your face, just unwilling to look for it, is still being nasty.

I think you all seriously, need to grow up.

I could not agree with you more on this subject. She has no right to accuse you of stealing anything. She has no evidence to back up her claims. Funny if the Lindens thought you did anything wrong. They would have banned you. But guess, what they didnt. Which leads me to believe that she is full of shit. I think peolpe need to think before the go around accusing people of stealing. As far as I can tell Morgana has been making skins alot long than this person who accuses her.. Lets look at it like adults people. Have any of you seen any proof of these so called accusations. I have not.. Because she has no proof that anything was stolen.. I have known Morgana for a long time now, and know for a fact thats she is a very honest person. I know that she would never do anything like that.. But this person keeps bad mothing her to everyone.. She either needs to come up with proof or shut her lying mouth..
