Due to issues in rl as well as Sl, I am seriously, considering, ending Soft Touch Skins.
I am trying to think of anything to stop this from happening.
I have tried to have sales, I have tried to make awesome group gifts, prizes, parties..
However, due to the last attack against my group, things have been bleak.
I have not had the creative urge, and I have been down a bit.
If anyone has a suggestion, then please, feel free to contact me or leave a message here.
I have a friend, Ephedra Loon. managing atm, but, I can not afford to pay her, so this makes me feel worse.. And, it looks like I am going to lose my store, which piles it all the more on me.
I am heading for a break down, since I have had Soft Touch for over 2 yrs, and I will be sad to see it close.
I don’t know why I posted this.. I am just, out of ideas on how to take care of this.

Hello!
I hope you are all having a great week so far..
The reason for this post is to thank the group members whom rallied behind me this Monday evening, when I had sent out an invite to my group members to attend the opening, of Shawn McDonnagh’s club, Club Lucky.
I had received a rather, rude message about, how I was abusing the group..
Being that A: It’s MY group, and B: I was offering random gifting, of items from my store, I do not see how this was an abuse of my authority.
This person, after being rather rude to myself, decided to take it to my group chat, and become rude to the ppl in my group, and for this I am truly sorry.
I must warn you, that yes, from time to time, I will have event, that may be broadcasted in my group channels…
I have always been fair, and offered, some sort of incentive, be it, a skin, or outfit, or even a gift certificate..
I am trying to make everyone happy, and Shawn and I have agreed, that I will add a random gift giver to the club, in addition, to the odd events.
In this ball there will be random items, such as skin, clothing, poses…
I hope that this will ADD to the Soft Touch / Club Lucky experience, and not cause anymore issues.
Again, ty, for all your support.
As for the mystery lady, whom I will not name, as many already know whom it was (group chat), she has been, muted and removed from my group.
Other then that, again, I hope you all have a great day.!!!
(please, if you know whom she was, do not list her name.. I would prefer just to forget about her attack, and move on with the yummies!)

300 MEMBERS!!

Hi folks!
Well, the VIP group now hit 300 members!
So, I am working on a gift to send out!
Remember folks, to join the VIP group, it is 200L to join.
And, if you read Freestyle, then you will also see, that there are many gifts still available to the VIP group only!
I still own a subscriber, however, I have decided that the gifts will mainly be in the group.
I will on occasion, send out random presents, to the subscribers however, I will keep the VIPs, rolling. lol.
Sorry I have not posted in a while, I have been sick, also dealing with alot of SL/RL issues.
Also, I am currently working on some poses for you all.

Norcot Center?

I was informed yesterday, that Norcot Center may actually be closing.
This is alot of news for me.
This is my overflow store, the store where things went when they were moved from my mainstore.
It is also, alot more too me.
I will hopefully find something else.. but, please, if there is a skin, that you are looking for after the possible closing of the center, please IM me, and we can arrange something.

I have decide, that since my last sale, altho went well, had MUCH issues.
This time, instead of making, the single skins, 50% off, I have made the “fat packs” to 50% off.. So this will be AT LEAST 4 skins with both options (8) with a possible bonus skin, or item in the fat packs.
Priced: 1500L down too 750L.
Group Gift/Info:
Also, at the Norcott store, I am setting out a group ONLY gift.
You will need to wear your tag in order to receive this gift.
For this reason, I will be making the group 200L to join, as of Saturday March 07, 2009.
So, if your not in the group, join fast, lol.
This should not be a huge surprise since I have been talking about doing this for sometime now.
This first gift, is TWO skins, from our newest line, Gemma & Bunnie, that will not be sold separately.
It WILL however, be avail in the fat pack, as always.
Hopefully sometime this weekend, I will add a few tops to the main store, also, I may send out some special gifts to the group!
The subscriber is still avail, and once in a while there will still be gifts, however, this is going to be used for ppl that do not wish to give up group space.
The VIPS will of course, have more gift as they have given something up for my store, so I will treat them nice.
Also, I have changed ALL the present givers.
The 10L and 15L box gifts have been changed.
The profile picks gift giver has also been changed!

Soft Touch News This Week!~

Well let’s see..
We have two new skin releases..
Rashma & Gabbie.
Both are paler tones, Rashma is more of an orange cream, and Gabbie is a nice natural pale.
Also, I am having a skin ale from today, Feb. 05 til Feb 12th.
The sale items are clearly marked, and are valid only on the single skins.
After this sale they will be bumped back to “normal” price, and then moved to the Norcott location.
Starting this week I am releasing my clothing line, Soft Touch Designs.
They will for now, be avail at the main Soft Touch Store, until I decide to move them to the Norcott location as well.
A huge ty goes out to Joyann Decuir (my sister) for modeling the tops, and also to Puck Maynard for her help with the Dress ads.
If anyone is interested in helping out with future ads, please leave your inworld name here.
I prefer no note cards, as they tend to over load my inventory.
At least here, its simple.
How this would work, is..
You would get the dresses, or outfits, and then take a full length picture, featuring the clothing.
You can ps the picture, as long as the main focus is the outfit.
Have fun with it.
In payment, as I can not afford to much atm, would be the outfits, plus, the shoes if they come with them, and a full skin pack of your choosing.
Join the Soft Touch Skin group, and I may have open calls.
I will also begin a new blog for my studio.
I will also so “open calls” for “models”.. male or female..
As payment, you will receive, full perm copies of the pictures that are made.
As well as poses if it becomes necessary to provide them.
If you choose to be a volunteer model for Soft Touch, then you agree that I may use your photo for my online flickr group.
I am hoping that this all is rewarding for all of us.

Okie, so we have 3! new skins!
Also, Kona Walcott, my landlord from Norcott Center, has decided to let me reopen my store there, so, thru out the weekend, I will be setting things up there.
Understand please, this will be a working progress as I redo ALL my ads, and also add a few extra items to the store.
I am thinking of making the upstairs my boutique, for a temp placement.
I am hoping to find a place large enough for all but, til I am settled, Kona and her Partner, Laz, have offered me use of my old store.

I am hoping to be getting closer to just, recovering.
So, for now, I have something set up at Norcott to make my pictures, so if there are not perfect, please bare with me, until I hire a staff member to do the ads… which I hope to do so soon, since, really, I am a bit over stressed trying to do it all alone.

Group Info

Just letting everyone know there will be some changes to the group coming up soon.
First, it has come to my attention that in order to cause some form of drama, my ex has created “alts” and has had them join my skin group.
For this, I have assigned a moderator, Joyann Decuir, whom has a list of names that I am aware of and she will be removing those names.
However, if you feel that we have removed YOU by accident, please feel free to contact me to let myself be the judge.
I am very sorry if this seems dramatic in its self but, I wish to keep this group as fair as possible.
And it is not fair to YOU the actual customer to be harassed by this event.
Next, if you are not a member of the group yet, join soon, and have your friends join as there will be a fee to join as of January, 5th, 2009.
200L will be the fee.
I wil give out my first Large gift of the year on the 6th. Only to the vip group.
The subscribers will still receive their normal gifts here and there.
As for new releases this week..
I am trying to find a studio, or space that I can use as a studio.
Or for someone that would be willing to do the ad work for skin in trade.
I thought that I had an offer but, I am still waiting to hear back from them.
If this interests you, please, leave me a note card will your name, start date, and also please take a look at my ads and make a “sample” ad. and Please make it full perms and I will post them on flickr and gather opinions.
This “job”, only pays in skins and pictures (from whatever parties we may have that you attend and wear the st skins.).
